Hello! I'm Kyla. I am a Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, a food lover, dancer and the founder of Crave Health and Nutrition Inc.
I believe that healthy eating should be easy. No complicated diets, no stressful breakdowns, no guilt. I want to help you make healthy eating enjoyable.
Healthy eating is about finding a balance and figuring out what works best for you, your life, and your body. Every person is unique and has their own personal nutrition needs.
It is my aim to support you in making realistic and achievable goals to work towards life-long changes to your health. I plan to do this by providing evidence-based nutrition coaching that is tailored to meet your personal needs and desires. Whether it is losing weight, addressing health conditions, or optimizing your performance, I can help to guide and support you.

- to help my clients make lifelong changes to their lifestyle with the aim to optimize health, energy and performance by providing nutrition and lifestyle coaching, group education and customized advice.
My NUTRITION Philosophy is:
- to find the balance between enjoyment and health, both in eating and in life
- developing a healthy relationship with food and your body is key to lifelong health
- I do not believe in dieting, a "magic-fix", or a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Health does not change over night and takes a lot of determination. Relax. Accept your life in the present, and take things one day at a time.
